DomoAI Usage Policy
DomoAI aims to empower creators while ensuring our tools are not used for harm. Our Terms of Service outline the kinds of content you may not create:
Child safety – You must not generate or upload content that depicts, facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation or grooming. Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts or depicting child nudity is strictly forbidden.
Violence & gore – Prohibited content includes promoting violence or terrorism, graphic depictions of violence or gore, or images of animal abuse.
Sexual content & nudity – We do not allow sexually explicit content, non‑consensual intimate imagery or pornography. Attempts to generate deepfake nudity of real people are banned.
Hateful conduct & harassment – Content that dehumanizes or discriminates against protected groups, or that harasses, bullies or defames individuals, is not alloweddomoai.app.
Misrepresentation & illegal activity – Do not impersonate others, violate intellectual‑property rights, depict real people without permission or use DomoAI to scam or mislead. Content that promotes illegal activity is prohibited.
Additional prohibitions – Our Terms prohibit content involving self‑harm, animal cruelty, extreme violence, and anything we deem obscene, offensive or contrary to community standards. We may remove content or suspend accounts without notice for violations.
We use automated systems and human review to detect and block content that violates these standards. For more information on content ownership and commercial rights, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Reporting Harmful or Illegal Content
If you encounter DomoAI content that you believe violates these policies or is illegal:
Report content – If you see harmful DomoAI content on another platform, email us at [email protected] with links and a description. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Our team prioritizes child‑safety reports and will cooperate with law‑enforcement authorities where required.
Keeping Your DomoAI Account Safe
Your account security is important. Follow these best practices to protect your DomoAI account and avoid fraud:
Use official log‑in methods – DomoAI currently supports sign‑in via Google (Gmail) and Discord. Do not trust login pages that request other payment or authentication methods. We never ask for cryptocurrency payments or “penalty fees.”
Use unique credentials – If you create a password for your Google or Discord account, choose a strong, unique password. Enable two‑factor authentication on your Google account or Discord to add an extra layer of security.
Keep software up to date – Regularly update your browser and operating system to protect against known vulnerabilities.
Know our domains – All official DomoAI sites end with domoai.app. We never ask users to complete payments on other domains. If a page looks suspicious or demands urgent payment, close it and contact support.
Watch for scams – Beware of unsolicited messages, requests for cryptocurrency, claims about “negative balances” or threats of account deletion. DomoAI staff will only communicate via our official website, emails from
@domoai.appor our verified Discord channels.
If you suspect fraudulent activity or receive a suspicious message, contact us through the in‑app help center or email [email protected].
Account Suspensions & Appeals
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms and Usage. Suspension may be temporary (while we investigate) or permanent. Reasons for suspension include:
Uploading or generating prohibited content (see Usage Policy above).
Automating interactions with DomoAI using bots or scripts.
Attempting to scrape or crawl our services.
Abusing free trials by creating multiple accounts.
Non‑payment of subscription fees or involvement in fraudulent transactions.
If your account is suspended:
You will receive an email notification explaining that your account has been suspended and (where possible) the reason.
During a temporary suspension, you will not have access to generate new content. Paid features remain unavailable until the suspension is lifted.
You may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days. Provide your account email, the suspension notice and any context you believe is relevant. Our team will review your case and respond via email.
If an appeal is denied, your subscription will be canceled and unused credits will not be refunded. Review our Terms of Service before appealing to ensure you understand the policies that apply.
Privacy & Data Protection
Protecting user data is central to DomoAI’s mission. Our Privacy Policy states that we do not store uploaded content after processing and never use user data to train our AI models unless explicitly permitted.
We implement encryption, regular security assessments, access controls, staff training and incident‑response procedures to protect personal information.
Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data, and data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services.
DomoAI’s services are intended for users aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
