  1. How to Create an Account?

DomoAI allows you to log in using a valid email address from any provider. For security reasons, disposable or obviously spam-related addresses may be blocked.

DomoAI currently offers three sign-in options (all require a valid email address):

  1. Log in with Google

  2. Log in with Discord

  3. Log in with Email


2. Account Linking & Syncing: How to Change Your Login Email?

If you need to change the login email associated with your account, please follow the process below to ensure your data security:

  • Submit a Change Request: Please use the original email address currently linked to your Domo UID to send a change request to our support team at [email protected].

Note: For security reasons, if the email address you use to contact us does not match the one currently linked to your account, we may require you to send a follow-up confirmation message from the original email address for verification purposes.


3. Account Security: How to Log Out?

To securely log out of your current account, simply click the "Sign out" button on the page.


4. Can I Delete My Account?

You can delete your account anytime you wish by clicking the "My profile---Delete my account" button in your settings.

⚠️ Warning: Please note that once the account is deleted, all associated data—including your generated content, credits, and membership—will be permanently and irreversibly removed. Please confirm carefully before proceeding with this action.
