For Yearly Subscriptions:
Zero Usage: If you have not used any credits since purchasing the yearly plan, you are eligible for a full refund.
With Usage (Within 1st Month): If you contact us within the first month of your yearly subscription and have already used credits, we will deduct the cost of a 1-month subscription at the standard monthly rate (without the 30% yearly discount) and refund the remaining balance.Please note that you will still have full access to our services for the remainder of this billed month.
For Monthly Subscriptions:
Zero Usage: If you have not used any credits, you are eligible for a full refund.
With Usage: Please note that once any credits have been utilized, the monthly subscription fee becomes non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund:
Step 1: Check your eligibility. Review your current plan's usage and the rules above to confirm if you qualify for a refund.
Step 2: Submit a request. Email our support team at [email protected] with your Domo UID and a brief explanation of your request.
Step 3: Wait for processing. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the refund to process and reflect on your bank statement.
