1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please navigate through your dashboard: My Profile ➔ Subscription ➔ Stripe Subscription ➔ Cancel Plan

(You may cancel your subscription anytime. Remaining credits will stay active until the end of your billing cycle.)

2. Refund Policy

We strive to be fair with our refund processes. Please review our specific refund eligibility rules below before submitting a request:

For Monthly Plan:

  • No usage of service or credits: Eligible for a full refund.

  • With usage: If you have used our service (regardless of whether credits were consumed) or have consumed any credits, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable.

For Yearly Plan:

  • No usage of service or credits: Eligible for a full refund.

  • With usage within the first month: If you have used our service or consumed any credits within the first month, we will deduct the cost of one month at the standard monthly rate. You will still have full access to our service during that month, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • With usage after the first month: If you contact us after the first month and have already used our service or consumed credits in the second month, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Step 1: Check your eligibility. Review your current plan's usage and the rules above to confirm if you qualify for a refund.

  • Step 2: Submit a request. Email our support team at [email protected] with your Domo UID and a brief explanation of your request.

  • Step 3: Wait for processing. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the refund to process and reflect on your bank statement.

3. Auto-Renewal Policy

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. (If you do not want to be charged anymore, please cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.)

4. How do I know my billing day and credit renewal date?

Initially, your billing day and credit renewal date are set to the date you first subscribed. For example, if you purchased a plan on the 15th, your subscription and credits normally renew on the 15th of each month.

⚠️ Important Note on Delayed Payments: However, if there is a delay in your payment processing (e.g., a late renewal or payment failure), please always refer to the specific "Renewal Date" displayed on your account page as the final source of truth.

You can view your real-time billing details and exact credit renewal date by checking the Credits section on your dashboard: My Profile ➔ Credits ➔ My Credits ➔Subscription Credits- Renewal Date

5. How to Pay (Supported Payment Methods)

DomoAI currently supports the following secure payment gateways for your convenience:

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)

  • Alipay (支付宝)

  • Indian Local Payments

6. Managing Your Subscription: Upgrades & Downgrades

You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan to fit your creative needs. Please note the following specific rules based on your payment gateway:

  • How do I upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan?

Select Upgrade and pick the desired plan. The system will automatically deduct your unused credits and the remaining time on your current plan. You’ll only need to pay the difference after the deduction. You’ll get access to additional credits and features right away.

(Note for Alipay: Upgrading directly to the Pro Yearly plan is currently restricted due to transaction limit caps.)

  • How do I downgrade from a higher plan to lower plan?

Sometimes you might find that your usage is not as high as you expected, or you think lower plans are enough for you. You can downgrade your plan by cancelling your active subscription first and then purchase the lower plan.

All downgrades happen at the end of the current billing cycle, so you can enjoy all the benefits of your current plan until then.

Indian Local Payment Users: Subscriptions purchased via this method cannot be renewed. Furthermore, you cannot upgrade/downgrade to a plan of the same tier. For example, if you purchase a Basic Monthly plan via Indian Local Payments, you cannot directly purchase a Basic Yearly plan. However, you can upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., Standard or Pro).
