What Are Subscription Credits And Paid Credits?

the difference of subscription credits and paid credits

  1. Subscription Credits These are the monthly credits automatically given when you buy a subscription plan (e.g., Basic, Standard, or Pro).

  • They reset every billing cycle (e.g., every month on your renewal date).

  • They don't roll over β€” if you don't use them before the next renewal, they expire.

Example: If your plan includes 500 credits/month, they'll reset to 500 when your subscription renews.

2. Paid Credits These are extra credits you buy separately (one-time purchase).

  • They don't expire β€” you keep them until they're used up.

  • Purchase Requirement: You must have an active paid subscription to purchase Paid Credits. Once subscribed, you can purchase an unlimited amount of extra credits whenever you need them.

They are used only after your subscription credits are fully consumed.

Example: If you bought 2,000 paid credits, they stay in your account even if your subscription ends. (Note: While you keep them, remember you need to be an active subscriber to buy more!)
