What are subscription credits and paid credits?
1. Subscription Credits
These are the monthly credits automatically given when you buy a subscription plan (e.g., Basic, Standard, or Pro).
They reset every billing cycle (e.g., every month on your renewal date).
They don’t roll over — if you don’t use them before the next renewal, they expire.
Example: If your plan includes 500 credits/month, they’ll reset to 500 when your subscription renews.
2. Paid Credits
These are extra credits you buy separately (one-time purchase).
They don’t expire — you keep them until they’re used up.
They are used only after your subscription credits are fully consumed.
